I work well with client teams and am not threatened by team feedback on my thoughts and inputs

I am able to deal with ambiguity and unexpected events without flapping

I am able to develop methods, tools and techniques based on my personal knowledge, research and theory

I know when it is time to detach myself form an engagement or a client – i.e. the job is done

I am diligent in ensuring that things get done as promised

I am skilled at managing change

I am able to overcome client resistance and address the underlying causes
